Questions
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It can, which is why you review and edit every report before it goes out. The author and reviewer stay responsible for the report, as they always have.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. You can write and record with no connection. Your drafts and recordings are kept on the device and sent when you are back online.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Neuveria runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Sign in at app.neuveria.com and start.
Where is our data stored?
In Canada. Only the words being transcribed or polished are sent to our AI provider, which does not use them for training. The Privacy Policy lists every provider.
Will the founding price go up later?
Not for you. Firms that subscribe at the founding price keep it for as long as the subscription stays active, even when the price changes for new firms.
Can we leave and take our reports?
Yes. Any report can be downloaded as a PDF at any time, and an admin can ask us for a copy of all the firm's reports and photos.
